Whitetail Ski Resort, located less than 45 minutes from Berkeley Springs, WV, boasts an exciting array of winter activities. Skiers and snowboarders will find 19 trails, a 935-foot vertical and a high-speed quad. For snowboarders, the mountain also boasts a half-pipe and challenging snowboard park.
During the summer, Whitetail also operates a fly-fishing school run by professional fly-fishing instructor and guide, Dusty Wissmath. The Whitetail Fly-Fishing School offers one-and two-day clinics which include meals and the use of a fly rod. Other programs are frequently offered, such as Women's Fly- Fishing Clinics. Golf is also available on Whitetail's recently added championship course.
